Can't Update

I'm currently running OS X 10.5.2 and want to update to 10.5.4.
However when I go to software update, the 10.5.4 update appears, I get this:



It says could not be updated since I don't have access privileges...but I'm the admin.

So what do i need to change?

Bump, I would like to know as soon as possible

I would first repair permissions and then go directly to Apple downloads and download the combo updater.

Use the updater after it completes and let me know how you made out.
