If you can't remember even as much as the Apple ID, then obviously you can't reset the password. If you can't find a hint of what it was in the Settings menus, then there's not much else to do. Randomly try/reset the password for every Apple ID you've ever possibly had. This would be in the form of an email address you've had at some point. Although if you don't have access to that email address anymore, well yer out of luck.</blockquote>
