cant close copying window

I know the title is not the most indicative of my issue. I did not know where else to post this.
I record zoom sessions on my voice recorder and then copy to my MacBook. when copying is all done...I cannot close this screen... I've clicked on X.. ive tried to drag to trash...cannot get rid of it..
I did a restart also but that did not clear it up.
anyone have any ideas.

well I seemed to have solve my problem. dont know why but once I remove the files from iTunes library...it disappeared. sorry for bothering!!
