I have a G4/400 (AGP Graphics) with a stock ATI Rage 128 Pro graphics card with DVI port. I want to add a second 22" widesreen display set up as spanned display so that I can run Photoshop/Freehand on the 22" and put the "tools" on the other monitor. The stock graphics card has 1920x1200 support, so it should be able to deal with the 1680 x 1050 22" display. I found an older thread indicating that this is possible by simply using a DVI->VGA adapter to connect the 22": (http://www.mac-forums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11080) I don't find any info that indicates that the stock G4 can support this setup. Somehow I don't think that it is that easy. Any suggestions?
