Can I delete migrated iPhoto library file?

My Mac has identified as a "large" (to me, 29GB) file my old iPhoto library (migrated). Date last accessed March 2018. This file can no longer be accessed on my computer and the icon in the Finder has a circle/line through it. (I noticed this when I upgraded to Catalina recently, and it took days for the photos to render, etc).

Can I safely delete this old iPhoto library file?

The circle/line indicates it is not available to you, so you might as well delete it. I'm assuming the images are now all in Photos, right?

Yes the images are all in Photos. I will delete the old one. Just wasn't sure because the old iPhoto one says the file size is 1.16GB. I never realized that there was a migration from iPhoto to Photos, so once I upgraded to Catalina a few months ago, I first noticed the icon with the circle and line.
