Hi there,
I know that with Apple TV it's really easy to play audio and video from your iPad over Airplay with apps like Netflix, Youtube etc. But I was wondering whether it's possible simply to get Apple TV mirroring the display on your iPad so that you can display any App on a TV/projector.
The reason I ask is that I teach music production at an after school club in Manchester and I've found Korg Gadget to be a really great App for learning some of the basics of music production. I'd like to use it as a teaching tool for my students.
What would be ideal would be if I could use a projector to display what I'm doing on the App so that all the students don't have to crowd around me and look at my iPad display.
Would Apple TV allow me to do this? If anyone knows the answer I'd be really grateful!
If it's helpful to know the specs of my iPad, it's an iPad Mini Retina Display. I'm still running iOS 7, haven't got around to upgrading to iOS 8 yet but I'm sure I will at some point!
