im in the marine corps and in order to do some work on my personal computer i need to install a CAC card reader for my id. i have bought two different readers and neither worked with the OS. any advice on what i might be doing wrong or any that will work that you have used?

I am a contractor and have not as of yet had success with my card reader. However the AKO website has some help for Mac users https://militarycac.com/ako.htm. I have tried but my work load is to busy to investigate all the options that are given.
