Hey there. I have a very unusual problem to which I can't find the cause or a solution. I noticed at first that when I am using the desktop WhatsApp app on my Macbook Pro 16" 2019 (Intel), when I type the letter 'c' the chat I am typing is quits. WhatsApp stays open. Finally I figured out the pressing the esc key resolves this, and I can carry on. Lately I have notices that drop-down menus, such at clicking on the apple to access system preference, seem to be affected as well. When I click on the menu, it appears briefly but does not stay on screen. Again, pressing the esc key seems to resolve this. At some point the problem returns, but I'm at at loss why... My Macbook has recently had the OS reinstalled and I am now on Sonoma 14.7, but the problem was there before the reinstall, and on Monterey. Thank you!
