BT sport on VM

I have just upgraded my package with VM which includes BT sport but I cannot see a link to BT sport in the channel listings ? any advice please.

So little to go on, but if @rayben is in the UK, VM could be Virgin Media, BT could be British Telecom? Or maybe something totally different, who knows?

@rayben is based in the UK. So I suspect you're correct about VM and BT. But it would be nice to get more info.

Yes, it is Virgin Media and British Telecom. And the route to a solution is to contact VM because it is their package that includes BT Sport.

It could be as simple as they've not yet updated your package to include BT. In any event, VM controls your access to BT Sport. So contact them - if you can get through to a human:);)
