A site I need to use says my browser is blocking a plug-in. How do I find and reset my browser?

What website is this? What plugin is trying to be loaded? Some browsers will not allow execution of a plugin if they are out of date. If you know the plugin being blocked, make sure that it's up to date.

This is probably Flash, and it probably needs to be updated, but depending on how old the machine is it might not be able to be updated. Lots more information required to provide you with a good answer.
