Boy Have I Got a problem

I purchased a Mac Book Pro, in trying to open the memory compartment (to add memory), I have stripped the top of the middle screw. Can't get it to turn at all with a "00" phillips or anything else. Any ideas as to how to fix this and get the screw out would be appreciated.

Seriously, keep trying with jewelers size screwdrivers and don't be so rough on the turning. Once you do get the screw out, leave it out for that one.
