Does anyone know if its possible to put more than 1 Windows system on a macbook using bootcamp? I'm currently using bootcamp to run XP but am wondering if its possible to somehow put Windows 7 on a third partition.

Boot Camp only supports two partitions. You could theoretically create another partition and use something like rEFIt to handle the bootloader issues.

Yep, you can also use something like grub as a boot loader but I agree rEFIt is the snazziest. The biggest thing you have to worry about with tri-boot is keeping the GPT and the MBR partition tables synced.. which is where rEFIt comes in handy. It can do that for you.
