black macbook & photoshop

Hey everyone! I'm looking to purchase a mac notebook and have pretty much settled on the black macbook. My last questions are about photoshop - first, is there any way to have the software pre-installed? and with the CS3 version, there should be very little (if any) difference in running the program on a macbook vs. a macbook pro, correct?
