Best deal on RAM?

Getting ready to order, looking for 4gb ram. The cheapest I saw before was $99 per 2 gig stick at MCE Tech, but they've boosted the price to $119 :( OWC is the same. Anyone know some current best deals on ram?

Memory prices are rising again. I just checked Newegg and saw the cheapest at around $129, so $119 is a pretty good price. You should grab it before the price goes up again

yea, get it now, i got mine at 89/stick for the wife's XPS (yay ebay), but take it at 120 before it goes up again
