applications folder

I accidently put a photo folder in the applications folder and now i cannot get it out. How can I move it to my documents fold without making it an alias

Hold down your Option key as you move the file from the Applications folder to your Documents folder. That will copy it there rather than make an alias. Once you see that it was copied OK, you can delete it from your Applications folder.
