You likely had a Apple support call on July 25th, 2017. That's the app they install to ensure that when the machine reboots, the screen sharing is available for continued debugging. The app is uninstalled after the support call ends, up the login item isn't removed. So you can safely remove it without any consequences. The yellow exclamation in the triangle is essentially telling you that the application is missing and can't be run.

This appears to be genuine - not a scam - not malware and certainly not a "virus".
This is what I have found and I quote:
"I can confirm, this appears to be the correct source of this mystery file. The date stamp on mine corresponds with a screen-sharing session with Apple support. The app is downloaded and then deleted when the session is over, but for some reason this startup item remains."
Does this ring a bell?
Anyway, all you have to do is delete it. It is harmless, but a nuisance. Remove it from from your log in. This is done by highlighting it and hitting the minus "-" button.
Any further problems, please post back.
