Did you pay for it? If you didn't pay and just want to get rid of the installer, just delete it. If you installed from, let's say, Microsoft Office365 and have not activated it after installing, you will need to run an uninstaller to get rid of all the bits and pieces. You can see what you need to do by opening any office product (Word, for example, then search in Help for Uninstall. And no, you don't need to uninstall before trying other things that Randy suggested.</p></blockquote><p></p>
