On Apple/Mac keyboards, the Apple key is usually the command key.

Just as an FYI, in older threads, you may see a key with a solid-colored Apple icon (like the one in the top left corner of the Apple screen). That translates to the Option key on current keyboards.

The "command" key or the one with "Command (or Cmd) ⌘" and the "⌘" symbol.
ie/or: the more elongated key shape key immediately to the left of the space bar.

The "apple key" is an older reference that I believe Apple stopped using several years ago that was used on the original and early Apple keyboards.

Usually the Command key has this symbol:

and some folks call it the "snowflake" key or the "splat" key!
Wow. I don't think I have ever heard of that being called the "splat" ket. I guess you learn something new every day.

+1!!!
The "SPLAT key"??? Really??? :laugh

I think I'm going to split my gut laughing... That is really a good one ...
I think the closest I've seen previously was it referred to as the beater symbol... All I needed was a handle... ;-)

When you think about it, that's what the remains of a fly swatter's levelling looks a bit like.
