Why does Apple not bother to advertise that their superdrives burn to DVD+R/RW. My iMac G5 burns to them perfectly and the DVD+R/RWs made with the iMac play in my DVD player with no effort, whatsoever.

Dunno, but I am able to use +R/RW in the Finder/Toast, but when I burn an iDVD project, it always pops out anything except -R. Maybe it knows that it requires -R and instead of Apple having to advertise the superdrives support +R/RW and defend that iDVD requires -R, they omit it. Dunno... :)

I was happy to find out that RW's work when I needed to copy 3GB of data one time without wasting a DVD-R.
