Anyone have issues with 667 G4?

Okay, strange request but has anyone had usability issues with the 2001 G4 667? I have the option to upgrade my G3 but I'm tempted to just by the 1.25 Gig G4. I'm sure this used machine has been very heavily used and don't want to buy something that will die. Thanks!
