Anyone ever heard of US Modular RAM?

I was shmoozing around TigerDirect's site, and found that they had 184-pin, Pc3200 1gb ram for only $79.99 after rebate. I thought that this may be a good deal, as I am looking for a gb stick. any experiences? yay? nay?

I have never heard of that particular one.

For what it's worth though i would only ever buy RAM from a reputable supplier such as Orcalogic, Kingston or Crucial.
