I missed my iPhone's manufacturer's warranty by a month and wanted to get a applecare warranty or any other warranty for that matter but can't. You have to purchase one within that first year for it to be valid. Anyone know of any other way to get an extended warranty or am I screwed? Thanks for any help

Some credit card manufacturers offer warranties on the products your purchase. If you used a credit card then I would suggest checking with your credit card company to see if they offer one. For example, I know American Express offers a year on top of whatever warranty you have with the product, so in effect my Macbook's warranty is 4 years long
