AMP stack on iPhone / iPad

Hi All,

I not an iPhone user, but the iPad is looking very appealing to me -- specifically as a portable portfolio. To that end, much of my company's work is web related, and I'd love to be able to load them locally in case I'm in an area without 3G service. Is there any kind of AMP stack or program (similar to MAMP Pro, ideally) that can be used on the iPhone OS?

You can forget about doing this on iOS. On android you can install Linux Installer from the android market or PAW server from the android market.
