Is this the only wireless thingy u can use in an airport? I am asking because I do not know....can u use it in a flight too?

The name "Airport" is simply what Apple calls its wireless networking. It has nothing to do with airports.

Actually, some airlines are now providing in-flight Wi-Fi. I am sure it has to off during takeoff or landing but you can connect to the internet wirelessly in flight (for a big fee).
