airport extreme with one mac and 2 pcs?

hey if i get an airport extreme, and then hook a harddrive up to it...would i be able to use time machine to backup my mac, and use another backup software to backup the 2 pcs all at the same time? like would i partition it or something? can someone explain to me how i could do this/if there are any alternatives?

and another thing...if i get a airport extreme, i can switch it to wireless g/b right? because i'm just not feeling the N right now.

All wireless N routers will do n, b/g and a all at the same time.

yeah...well...the airport is looking like a pretty awesome deal right know. free shipping plus they upgraded it with gigabit. so i could partition the drive right? the external harddrive i hook up to it?
