Hi folks. I'm trying to send a kmz file to my iPhone for various import testing. The file is on my Mac. I want to turn on AirDrop on my iPhone but it won't stick.

Any idea how I can get this to work? Cheers

Do you have Airplane mode enabled?
Did you try to access from the Control Center?

Force Restart worked.

Sometimes I need to restart Bluetooth to get it to work as well. Not sure if that's a bug.

Cheers

You shouldn't have to restart Bluetooth AirDrop to work, but you do have to be pretty close to the other devices for it to be available.

Also, a word of caution, while you are using the Everyone option for your testing, be sure to set it to Contacts Only or Off when you are done. Leaving it as Everyone is not recommended.

Well, the whole iPhone was restarted. I have noticed in the past that Bluetooth needed to be turned off before I could get into certain BT speakers. I was choosing Everyone to minimize roadblocks. Cheers
