Using OOKLA or Comcast speed test always shows 94 megs DL and 12 for UL, but since I ve updates OS 10.10.3 today and it drop almost in half, Now I have 40 to 52 mbps DL and 12 mbps UL.. why is that when I have 105 mbps
Please advise me " WHY "

An update from 10.10.2 to 10.10.3 should have nothing to do with a drop in your net access speed. Check with your ISP to see what's going on and use another speed test web site to double check your speeds.

I agree with Charlie. . . .
Unless the Airport card got some very major issue due to Firmware (which it hasn't), then I would be ringing your ISP and see what they have to say. Mine is the same, and hasn't changed in 2 years worth of new OS's and updates.
It is very likely a coincidence .. . . . . as I bet you didn't do a speed test right before you did the upgrade. . .
