If you downloaded it from the macOS App Store, you can use Launchpad (in Applications or Dock), then just click and hold on AdGuard until it starts jiggling. Then click the X when it appears. You will have to make sure it is closed, and the icon is no longer in the top menu bar.

Is the AdGuard icon in the top menu bar? Yes with an exclamation mark on it

If you click on the icon, do you get the option to Quit?

I have 4 Macs, most recent 2020, 13.3 MacBook Air running on osMac 10.15.3
How can I remove the AdGuard from my MacBook Please
Thanks.
David

Can I ask why you removed Adguard as it is classed as one of the best, although it is rather pricey now. If you need an adblocker
can I suggest 1 Blocker. Available at App Store for £4.99 per annum.
