Additional problems with iPhone 6

Hello all and thank you in advance! New iPhone 6 128 gb with wifi like problems. Won't stay connected to wifi to finish restore. Drops password, says password is wrong but downloads anyway without results. Runs download very slow when compared to iPhone 5 via Ookla speed test. Apple has sent me the third phone and doesn't know why I keep having trouble. My network works great with my iPad and iPhone 5, I'm using Comcast broadband at 50mbs and a new Netgear modem and router.
I've reset all networks settings, even wiped the phone and started over. I even used Googles DNS to try anything but to no avail. I have tried it on different networks with no change. It acts like it will download but won't. It says my iCloud password is wrong but still connects. Also, I have he latest updates for software. Even using cell coverage the same results. I'm at the end of my patience.

Apple has sent me the third phone and doesn't know why I keep having trouble.

That would indicate to me that it's something on your end either setup wrong or a problem with your network. In order to eliminate the possibility, why don't you go somewhere that has free WiFi such as Starbucks, Panera, etc, and try your iPhone 6 from there. Also, which carrier is your iPhone 6 setup for?

The place I would go for free WiFi is the nearest Apple store. If it fails there you only need to walk a few feet to the Genius Bar.
