Adding Speech Bubbles on Final Cut Pro

Hi,

I want to add speech bubbles or thought bubbles on Final Cut Pro (10.1.3). I googled a video that shows you how to do it using 'Ripple Callouts'. I did exactly as the video showed me but I cant find 'Ripple Callouts' in FCP. Is this an add on which you have to pay for?

I watched the YouTube video but am not familiar with Final Cut Pro. Someone who uses it (we do have one member who uses it) will probably be able to offer some help. It could very well be that the Ripple Callouts are an add on that you have to either download or purchase and download.
