Adding a link to a message in Entourage - not possible?

.: I am a new MacBook user, and recently loaded the Office package for the Mac, which includes Entourage. I'm using Entourage, but have not been able to determine how to embed a URL into a highlighted piece of text, which is easily done in Outlook. Is it not possible to do this in Entourage? I mean, isn't this something that should be not even considered optional?

I know there is a "Link" button in an Entourage message, but I don't understand the options, none of which appear to be to add an actual link to highlighted text.

Please advise.
