Hi all! I want to access my personal files from an old PC hard drive on my new mac. I bought the Paragon NTFS for Mac and downloaded, etc but STILL can't view my personal files! Any ideas what I did wrong? HELP!

What version of OS X are you running ?
What is the format of your old PC Hard drive ( NTFS, FAT32, something else )
Is that old disk build into an enclosure and connected to your Mac via USB ?
Is the old hard disk ( once connected ) visible in DiskUtility ?
Is the old hard disk ( once connected ) visible in the Finder ?
Can you see any file at all on the old hard drive or just your personal files ?

You don't need Paragon NTFS to read NTFS formatted disks, only if you want to write to the disk.

I have the old hard drive connected to a SATA WIRE USB to my Mac

Yes

I can't see my personal files. I can only see Program Files, Windows, Intel, Perflogs, etc

My hard drive says the format is NTFS. When I connect it to a PC, I can see my personal files but I thought the Paragon would do that for me...but I guess I misunderstood :/

Could I transfer them from another PC to Dropbox?
