I have an iMac running Mavericks and I am trying to print some photos on A3+ wide roll photo paper. I know the lenght limit of 1118 mm long.
When I bring up the print window I select the paper size of 329 X 612 mm, the size I want to print and print quality, but when it prints out all I get is an A4 size print! This has cost me a couple of fairly expensize of photo paper so far.
Please! Has anyone any idea as to what I am doing wrong. The next photo I have to print is just over a metre long and I don't want to screw that one up!!
Also, is there a correct way to hold the paper feed tray slightly open so the the long paper, or normal A3+ for that matter, can feed in to the printer?
