Please help. what can be the Problem? Charger turn Gree adn then Orange !! Not ON !

Not much to go on, but from the look of things you probably need a new logic board. Also from the photo above, it appears you have some corrosion on the board - maybe from liquid spill damage?

Hello, Thank you for your REPLY but any suggestions? I trie to remove all CAPACITOR related to that BUT still have the SHORTING PPBUS_G3H Short @@

I have tried to remove all associated capacitor with PPBUS_G3H but the shorting does not GO. What can be the ISSUE?

If i put the FUSE i GET 0.00V on one side and the other 8.6V
