a couple of questions about the dock

I've mistakenly dragged some icons from the dock. is there any way to restore the original shortcuts? is there any way to lock the dock so this doesn't happen again?

Just drag the missing things back to the Dock. Simple as that. :black:
There really isn't a way that I know of to lock the Dock.

Yup just go to Apps folder and drag what you want on there.
I have a question, how do you put dividers on the dock?

I don't think you can add dividers or move the one that's there. Anybody know better?

It is possible to add dividers, but it requires the assistance of a third-party app. The OS cannot do this on it's own.
