4th gen iPod for sale!

I need to sell my 40Gb 4th gen iPod with Apple care. All cables and dock included. The back and screen is completely covered by a clear plastic layer ( It does not leave a mark if you want to remove it because it just clings to it). The is the link where i bought it http://www.trendygeek.com/prod-pod-shield.php . So there are all most no scratches on it. The only scratches are on the front white surface, that can only be seen under a light. Other than that it looks like it is brand new out of the box.
I would like $300 for it.
Any comments.

I realy don't use it that much because have about 400 songs stored on my treo, I use that more often because it me phone/iPod/AIM/email/palm.The only thing it does not due is hold all my songs. So I want to sell my ipod and get a 4Gb sd card to use in place for my ipod.
