2103F error during internet recovery

I’ve installed a new hard drive and trying to do an internet recovery to install the MacOS on the new drive.
I had to terminated the first try , everything went well , when I got home and connected via internet line and did the cmd + R , it load for few minutes and end up with the 2103F error
I’m connecting via line , not WiFi

What is the model & year of the Mac that is experiencing this issue? Mid 2011 or earlier (except MBA) do not have Internet Recovery as an option.

It’s mid 2010 MacBook Pro , and I did internet recovery before ,

Are you positive? You probably used the Recovery partition, and not Internal Recovery.

I'd say either it worked or not, but I gather NOT with such an error which apparently means:

That means it can't load through the Internet. Either it's too slow or it's timing out.
