I think you mean subnet and IP class.  I am using 192.168.42.xxx for the IP address range.  Subnet is 255.255.255.0.  The ATC looks to the HughesNet router for the internet gateway.  The HughesNet router has the WAN settings.  I gave each router it's own SSD name so I can identify it when I look at my WiFi settings.
