First off, great forum! I've been lurking for a couple of weeks, ordered my new iMac a week ago and got it 2 days ago. So far so good for an old PC guy. I'm a big enthusiast forum fan and this one is great. On to my question...

Ideally, I would like to have shared iTunes and photo libraries that could be shared and updated by my new iMac or the 2 other PC's on my home network. I'm not yet sold on iPhoto so if there are other solutions out there (PS Elements?) that could work, please let me know. Ideally, I'd like any one who connects a camera to their computer to upload to the same library. With iTunes, it's more about giving everyone access to the library for listening or burning purposes.

Thanks in advance.

I'm not really clear on what you're asking...

Let me see if I can clarify... for music, I want to share the iTunes library on my iMac with PC users on my home network. Essentially, the PC users would only need "read" access. I want them to be able to listen to and burn music from the iMac's iTunes library from their PC's.

Similarly for photos, I would like to have a single database or library of photos on my home network. I would like any PC user on my network to be able to view, burn to disc, post to internet or otherwise share those photos.

Hopefully that clarifies.
