Change all CAPS to Sentence case

Using Mac "Pages" how do I change ALL CAPS text to sentence case. I found Edit/Transformations that give me all upper, all lower, or all caps, but none of these choices changes a section of ALL CAPS text to sentence case, i.e. First letter of first word in sentence capitalized.
Using: Mac Mojave 10.14.6 and Pages version 8.2.1

Select the sentence, covert to lowercase since that's what you want for all the characters except the first character in the sentence and then go ahead and manually flip the first character to uppercase.

Is it something where you could make the person redo the document?
