Hey, I wished to know if it would be possible for me to mirror my macbook pro 2015 screens over to iMac 2019. I know it's kind of stupid to do that, but I had a use case where this is needed. Please do advice

Welcome to our forums.

Sorry, but Target Display mode is not available for your 2019 iMac. Retina iMacs do not support Target Display mode.

If you're looking to mirror your MacBook Pro, it will have to be with a monitor or with an older non retina iMac.

That used to be possible using Target Display Mode but that mode isn't supported on your iMac.

It's hard to come up with a good solution without knowing exactly what you're trying to accomplish. A few mire details might be helpful. In the meantime have a look at enabling Screen Sharing. I use it from time to time to view the screen of my trusty MacBook Pro and mirror it to my iMac.

There is third-party software available for screen sharing as well but I find the built-in features are all I need.
