Many internet browsers have a setting for blocking pop-ups...thus the exact procedure may differ slightly depending on the browser being used (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)...and the version of the browser.
Let us know the exact browser being used & its version.

Ummmm. You likely do NOT want to disable pop up blockers, but rather block pop ups? If so, install any of the various extensions in your browser that does it. Most browsers automatically block pop-ups usually. If you, in the off chance, really do want to disable a pop up blocker, then we need to know which blocker you are using.
