APP updates

I received notifications of app updates for my IMAC High Sierra one was clearly for my Mac as it was an update to high Sierra ; however three others Kenote Numbers and Pages all say " requires Mac OS Mojave and iOS 12 . Are they for my Mac or not? if not why did I receive the notifications ? Thank you for any and all help

It's only Apple, getting app updates out before Mojave release tomorrow. I installed them, on the day they were released.

thanks Ferrari still not certain if my high Sierra will work properly after the update or do I need Mojave ?

Do you need those apps on your iMac? If you don't use them, don't worry about them for now. High Sierra will be fine with them or even without them. If you go to Mojave, then you will need to update them.

Those updates all work well with High Sierra and as Bob indicated, some of the changes are for Mojave. Mojave is due out next week (perhaps on Monday) so you can wait until then. The iOS updates for Pages, Keynote, and Numbers will have to be done from your iPhone or iPad. The reason iOS was mentioned is for iCloud compatibility and the syncing of documents between your Mac and iPhone/iPad via iCloud.
