I have a motorola v750 on the verizon network, I can sync it with my computer over bluetooth to send pictures from my mac to my phone and vice versa. However, I can't get it to send music of any kind (.mp3, .mp4, .wav) Does anyone know how to do this?

Sorry dude, Verizon locks you out of your music folder via Bluetooth. You can either get a micro-sd reader and drop music on that way or you can buy songs off of Vcast (no, don't really do that). I am not sure if using a USB cable gives you access either.

Give Bitpim a shot (free download, runs on Mac, use google to find/download it.) I got it to work with my LG VX8300 to send music over bluetooth from my Mac to the phone. It's a Verizon phone as well, and Verizon is notorious for locking their phones down so if I got music on it using bitpim, you have a good shot at doing so assuming your phone runs the same software and similar file system. Hunt around the documentation, in my case you put music in an mp3 folder on the phone, and bitpim translates your mp3 into something phone friendly. They become available for ringtones that way, or at least I've been able to transfer music to be used for ringtones.

Keep in mind bluetooth is a tad slow, but it works and eliminated the need for me to buy another cable.

Verizon has become less draconian as of late with the crapware they pass off as an OS for their phones. On my MOTO W755, I can easily do BT file transfers, whereas my older RAZR v3m was completely crippled. Even the latest firmware versions wouldn't allow BT file transfers.

You may have to do some seem edits, which can be tricky if you don't have access to a Windows machine. I'd suggest you take a look at howardforums.com and search for your phone model, bluetooth file transfers and "Mac". There's lots of good help and support out there specific to phones.
