Woke up to this, this afternoon. It was bad before I went to sleep, but then it got REALLY bad!

This is from the balcony of my apartment.. The snow on the railing wasn't there at 9AM, and I took this pics around 1PM.

We've had about 16" so far since yesterday. At least living in an apartment you don't have to shovel it yourself. ;)

At least you won't have water shortages this summer. We're done for the year with our rainy season, and got less than 10". :(

And it is still coming down quite hard.

I actually think I am going to go shovel for a little...no real reason, seeing as we are looking at getting another 5-6", at least.

We missed that huge storm, luckily.
Although maybe it would have been nice to get loads of snow so it would cover up all that ice on our roads...I have to walk about 3/4 a mile 2 times a day, one in the morning one at night, well thursday I fell 11 times. I'm bruised, it's painful...We need to dance around in circles with sticks on fire chanting Spring rituals, anything about spring, anything relating to spring, ANYTHING!

I seriously hate the snow, and winter time for that matter.. It's almost the middle of March and we keep getting dumped on! It sucks, especially since I don't have a car and have to hitchhike to/from work.

Tanner,

I'm moving back to GR in like three weeks from the west coast, you may not not want to hear this but I really miss a good Michigan winter! I am definitly out of practice when it comes to driving in the snow. So if you see a red pontiac on the highway this winter do us both a favor and keep your distance!

Man, I know what you mean! I live in Alabama and we had about 1/2 inch on the ground! J/K! We really did have the snow on the ground this morning but it was gone this afternoon. I can't imagine what it would be like living in your part of the world. I hate snow!

It snowed from about 8 am yesterday to about 5 pm today. I came home for spring break yesterday in it. I didn't think it was bad, but apparently everyone else did. There were quite a few people spun out on the median of I-70 and 75. Yay for a snowing spring break

I'm so done with snow this year. I wish a yeti would come and put me out of my misery.

More pics! Sorry for the over-exposure! Most of the yellowish-ness you see is very fine snow particles blowing everywhere.. Gonna go back and take some better ones after I post these.

EDIT: Okay, so most of them didn't turn out right.. Trying to get the right settings on my cam.. But I did manage to get a good one.. You can actually almost see the snow blowing around.

I missed the one good snowfall we had this year.

If we get that kind of accumulation, everything shuts down and stays home. I love snow. It's beautiful, and it gets me off work. Please send the stuff down here, we'll take care of it for you.
