There is a dropdown list of hundreds of fonts on the Word for Mac 2011 software. Do you know how to print out the list, keeping the unique styles? Perhaps someone has made a pdf of each font in use, showing the style.

Perhaps...?

Welcome to our forums.

Open your "Font Book.app" from Applications. Look to the left for titles - and you should see a section for Office. You can select to print out the entire collection of fonts or those from Office. Other than that, there is no way that I know of to do it from Word. There are other font applications which are more sophisticated that allow a better selective print out of the fonts. However, those third party apps usually are not free. The "Font Book.app" is included along with OS X.

Great help! Now I can see the fonts anytime... so helpful.
Next time I'm in Keller, I'll buy you a Longneck.
