Problem burning dvd from iMovie

I burned a video made in iMovie using Toast and the audio does not align with the video (audio ahead of the video). I'm using a new iMac that has no dvd burner so I purchased an Apple USB Superdrive and also Toast software. I've read threads on-line that talk about the fps settings that cause this problem when Toast changes to PAL for burning. Since iMovie no longer allows you to change export settings (only provides "share" as an option) I cannot change settings when exporting to mp4 format. I was able to burn dvd that will play on the computer by not using the PAL burning option.

Is there an on-line dvd burning site that anyone would suggest or other program that I can use to burn a dvd that will play on dvd player?

I'm a new mac user and would greatly appreciate any suggestions to solve the problem.

Assuming that you want an NTSC dvd, have you tried selecting NTSC in Toast's Preferences>Video?
