If I deauthorize my Apple account will it affect authorization of a separate Apple account on the same computer?

You really haven't supplied enough information for anyone to answer properly. If you're referring to two different Apple IDs as "accounts", you need to tell us that. If that's what you mean then de-authorizing the computer from one account should not affect the other. If by accounts you mean the "admin" account, it's the same answer.
