Why my mail merge manager is not launching ? I have macbook pro word 2011, can some one help please. Thanks

We'll need a bit more information to give useful suggestions.

1. Which version of OS X are you using?
2. I assume you are using the Mail merge features in Office 2011?
3. What exactly happens when you try to perform a merge? Do any error messages appear?

Mmm

OSC 10.9.3 , I am using word 2011 , nothing happens, just a check mark will appear next to the mail merge manager on the tool

You should receive a dialog box that opens when you choose "Mail Manager" from "Tools". The dialog box has options that can be selected for mail merge such as "Select Document Type" and so forth. Aren't you seeing the dialog?
