networking xp snow leopard

On my home network, I am running xp on two computers, and have a mac-mini osx 10.6.3 . On the mac, I can see I can see both xp computers, and print on their networked printers. But I cannot see the mini on either PC. I added the mini to "My network places" successfully, but still the mini will not appear under "view workbook computers" on either machine.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Your Mac's Specs
White Macbook 2.0 ghz
Have you added the Mini to the workgroup? (System preferences -> Network -> Advanced -> WINS -> Then type in the workgroup name)
